AH Amendment

  1. All Keurig product pages must display a banner stating that the distributor is authorized to sell K-Cups and Brewers only to home consumers in the U.S. and Canada.
    example:
  2. During the checkout process, the website must display a user selected checkbox, or acceptable equivalent, confirming that the order is being placed by a consumer for home use versus a commercial/office location. If office location is selected, the transaction of Keurig products must be blocked.
    example:
  3. The site must not allow the sale of any Keurig products to a commercial location.
  4. The site can display pricing for Keurig Home Brewers and K-Cups and offer AH brewers and K-Cups for online purchase. It is recommended the Brand Equity policy is followed.
