AFH Amendment

  1. The site must be reviewed and approved by Keurig in writing prior to launch. | Request Site Review |
  2. You may show Keurig products and K-Cup varieties in-front of the password protected area (to the general public) - for advertising purposes, so long as there is no pricing or ordering capabilities. Free trial offers or lead generation is ok.
  3. The site must require a user to login prior to displaying any pricing information or ordering capability for Keurig products.
  4. All users must be pre-screened to verify they are a commercial account within your AFH base contract territories prior to being issued a user ID and password.
  5. All Keurig product pages must display a banner stating that the distributor is authorized to sell K-Cups and Brewers only to commercial customers within their designated territories.
    example:
  6. During the checkout process, the website must display a user selected checkbox, or acceptable equivalent, confirming that the order is being placed for a commercial location versus a home location. If home location is selected, the transaction of Keurig products must be blocked.
    example:
  7. The site must not allow the sale of any Keurig products to a home location.
  8. All order shipping locations must be validated against a zip code table to verify that the order is shipped to a zip code within your Keurig Authorized Distributor Territory.
  9. The site can only display pricing and/or ordering of Keurig Commercial Brewers or K-Cups behind the password protected area. Ordering of any Keurig product in front of the password protected area (i.e., customer needs to log in) is in violation of the Agreement, even if no prices are shown.
