AFH Amendment

  1. The site must be reviewed and approved by Keurig in writing prior to launch. | Request Site Review |
  2. You may show Keurig AFH Install Brewers, products and K-Cup varieties in-front of the password protected area (to the general public) - for advertising purposes, so long as there is no pricing or ordering capabilities. Free trial offers or lead generation is ok.
  3. AFH Direct Brewers can be shown with resale pricing in-front of the password protected area, but should exclude the ability to consummate the sale until after the login.
  4. The site must require a user to login prior to displaying any pricing information or ordering capability for Keurig products.
  5. All users must be pre-screened to verify they are a commercial account within your AFH base contract territories prior to being issued a user ID and password.
  6. All Keurig product pages must display a banner stating that the distributor is authorized to sell K-Cups and Brewers only to commercial customers within their designated territories.
    example:
  7. All order shipping locations must be validated against a zip code table to verify that the order is shipped to a zip code within your Keurig Authorized Distributor Territory.
  8. The site can only display pricing of Keurig AFH Install Brewers and/or ordering of Keurig Install and Direct Brewers or K-Cups behind the password protected area. Ordering of any Keurig product in front of the password protected area (i.e., customer needs to log in) is in violation of the Agreement, even if no prices are shown.
